Changes on Focus for the Charity of the Month

Hi all,

This announcement is with regards to some changes that we will be doing for the Charity of the Month from Aug 2009 onwards.

As you know, EtsyForAnimals is a street team that is dedicated to the animal charities 100% and they are doing a wonderful job in generating great amount of donations to the vaious Animal Charities monthly.

We would therefore like to follow a similar focus for EtsyForCharity, that is, to dedicate 100% to the People Charities.

Hence, from Aug 2009 onwards, all proposals made for the Charity of the Month shall be a People Charity and the sales proceeds from EFC Store will be donated as usual to the selected Charity of the Month.

All EFC members are encouraged to make donations direct to their favorite charities and for those who wish to report their individual donations to various charities, please do so at :
