Juvenile Diabetes Bags!

I just finished up an order for the cutest little bags for a cause! The spokesperson for the Capitol City chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation contacted me to make some drawstring backpacks, with gray awareness ribbons on them. She wanted them to be lined in vinyl and have an insulated pocket. Her children both have Diabetes, and they are participating with family and friends in a walk on Sunday. After making the initial bag, she wanted TEN more to sell at the walk! I have been sewing like mad and am so glad to help such a great cause...50% of the sales were donated to the JDRF (www.jdrf.org)
