Yes, if the purchase is over $10, the winner will pay the difference. Usually, we provide free shipping for the gift certificate.
If the purchase is less then $10, you do not need to refund to extras to the winner.

The challenge entry needs to be donated to EFC Store. It will be listed for 4 months at EFC Store. If it does not sell by 4 mths time, you get to keep your challenge entry.

We just termed it as a gift certificate. In actual fact, the winner will have a credit value for her or him to make a purchase from the sponsor shop. As the sponsor will know who is the winner and hence, will not expect to receive any pay...
